This was my very first time seeing Clay Leverett and Lona. They bacame my first favorite band in Athens. I’m pretty sure they opened up for the Drive-By Truckers at this show. I was floored by Lona but I was with some folks who didn’t like what they heard when DBT took the stage so we left the show. I would go on to see almost 1000 DBT (or DBT related) shows and I never left another one early.
